‘Here, In My Mind’ is the debut solo show of emerging painter Amalia Keefer. Amalia’s fluid, intuitive style is informed by the bright, coastal colours in her home state of Queensland on Yugambeh Country, and brings an abstract beauty to the quiet repetition of daily life. Connected by tone, shape and line, each composition explores notions of colour and perception through layers of paint.
